Other coworkers are amazingly friendly and helpful if you ever get stuck and need help. For Developers it has a variety of programming languages in use. This also provides lots of exposure to new stuff and techniques vs just being a single language and framework kind of workplace.

Friendly and relaxed culture. I got a lot of real accounting experience, and my manager was excellent. I was an intern, but the benefits for full-time employees are great, with full insurance coverage, 401k matching, paid parental leave, flexible hours, and a very nice fish tank on the first floor.
